This page provided access to program applications for Principal and Superintendent certificates created by the revisions to Chapter 49 of the PA School Code. This application has been replaced with a new application, and should not be used after September 27, 2011. Reviewers and institutions who are still working on revisions and reassessments may still access the Educational Leadership applications they had begun, using their PDE-assigned username and password.
